Discovered in 1962 by my Nonno, Joe Marchini, the patented Marchini Almond variety is a special almond perfect for blanching, slicing, dicing and whole nuts. Farming is an interesting job. Plant the seed now, harvest after Mother Nature takes course. The wrong weather at the wrong time can be detrimental. However, the right weather at the right time can prove to be good business. What's in store for our crops in the next three months is unexpected, but the unknown is the best part of this job.
