Marchini Almond

The Marchini Almond is a variety of almond, unlike any other. Discovered by Joe Marchini in the Central Valley of California, the Marchini has proven to be a wonderful nut for blanching with its slightly wrinkled skin and its mildly sweet flavor.

Marketed exclusively by J Marchini Farms of Le Grand, California, the Marchini Variety was discovered in 1962 by Joe Marchini and recently patented.  The Marchini Almond is the perfect nut for blanching, slicing, dicing and whole nuts.
