Joe's Grilled Treviso

Ingredients
2 or 3 heads of Joe’s Treviso
½ cup walnuts
½ cups white raisins
¼ cup aged Balsamic vinegar
1 clove minced garlic
2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt and pepper

 

Directions
Wash Treviso and cut in half lengthwise. Brush cut sides with olive oil and season with salt, pepper and garlic. Warm a grill pan over medium heat, then sear both sides of Treviso until tender.
Add walnuts, raisins, and Balsamic vinegar.

Serve Treviso immediately, in whole leaves.
