Fig & Prosciutto Skewers

Ingredients

  • Bamboo sticks (for skewers)

  • 1 clamshell of figs (or more depending on the amount of skewers)

  • 2 packets of prosciutto

  • 1 container of mozzarella balls

  • 1/3 cup of olive oil

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh thyme

  • 1 tablespoon of fresh rosemary

  • Honey or balsamic glaze for drizzling

Directions

  1. Cut figs in quarters and bread into cubes and put on the skewers. Alternate adding with the prosciutto.

  2. Chop the thyme and rosemary and mix with the olive oil. Pour the olive oil mixture on the skewers.

  3. Cook skewers on the BBQ or over the stove.

  4. Drizzle with balsamic glaze or honey and serve!
